教学准备：

    录音机、磁带、小黑板、投影片、地图、纸船

教学过程：

Step One:

1.  T: Today, I have many pencils. They are not mine. Whose are they?

S: It’s mine.

Which one is yours?

This one or that one?

You are so clever.        This present is for you.

Which one do you want?  This one or that one?

This is for you.      Teach: present

2.  T: Who’s that boy/girl?   S: Which one?  (T-S)

Step  Two :

1. (出示投影片)

T: Where is he\she\it?  Where are they?

  What’s the time? Is it time to/ for … ?

T: Guess: What do you do?

T: Listen and guess: AT there, they’re singing, dancing, eating and drinking. Where are they?

S: A party!      

Teach: party

2. (出示投影片)

T: Look! This is a party. Look at the table, what is on it?

  S: A big cake!

  T: Oh, it’s a birthday party!    Teach: birthday, birthday party

3. T: Today is my birthday. Can you sing the birthday song for me?

   Sing a song.

4. T: Today is my birthday. May I have some presents? (Let the students give me the presents. Use the sentence: This is for you.

5. In the presents. The teacher shows the map and the boat for the students.

  T: Look! This is a map of China!   Teach: map, a map of China

    I’ll put it on the blackboard! (Put it on the blackboard)

    And, what is this? It’s a boat.    Teach: boat

    I’ll put it at Suzhou.

6. Now, please listen and do.

  (Ask the student come to the front) Put the boat at Beijin/…

  (Do together) Put your bag on your head….

Step  Three

1.     Look at the picture and listen to the tape.

2.     Read after the tape.

3.     Read in pairs.

4.     Practice in pairs.

Step  Four

Act the dialogues.
